Connect rebate payments to sharing and reporting
Billing is only part of the rebate story. I also worked on the rebate-sharing process and its reports, keeping that downstream work connected to calculations and payment receivables.

I captured the sharing requirements and related reports within the pharmacy rebate application, alongside the business models for billing, calculations and incoming payments.

The requirements described both the incoming rebate workflow and the sharing process that followed it.

A distinct part of the same application
The Cigna rebate application included sharing processes and related reports alongside billing and receivables. I worked on those connected requirements so the downstream sharing workflow remained visible.

What I contributed
I created business requirements and business-process models spanning rebate calculations, manufacturer invoices, receivables, sharing and reporting. I also worked on rebate-detail reports and invoice reporting across the billing and sharing systems.

Following the full process
Looking across billing and sharing helped connect the calculation, incoming payment and downstream reporting work. The requirements needed to describe those handoffs in terms that business, development and QA could review together.
