Product decision
Expand eligible traffic only after exception and reconciliation evidence.

Portfolio sample from my healthcare product experience. Requirements, thresholds and review records are illustrative; they are not employer documents or historical sign-offs.

Rollout decision

I expand eligible traffic in stages so the team can distinguish intake, identity and receiver failures before increasing exposure. Platform migration follows its own consumer-specific evidence gates.

Rollback

Pause for unintended duplicates, missing inventory, unauthorized access or unsupported provider selection. Engineering restores the approved route and reconciles in-flight identities before replay. Operations manages held work; product resets scope and communications. Faster processing alone does not justify removing the fallback or retiring a legacy path.
