Leadership model
I connect the business problem to the customer task, operating measures and technical dependencies that determine scope. Product leadership means making the tradeoff explicit and keeping the team accountable for the whole outcome.

Decision chain
The evidence changes the product question before it changes the feature list.
| Evidence | Product question | Investment response |
|---|---|---|
| Manual claims work | Which eligible steps are repetitive? | Collaborate on OCR-to-837 automation |
| Provider missing-name/address failures | Is identity evidence complete and consistent? | Central API and normalization |
| Legacy-platform replacement need | What must continuity preserve? | 0→1 internal capability plus migration gates |
| Higher speed with more defects | Has work merely shifted? | Prioritize quality and recovery |
| Operator confusion | Which recent task exposes the gap? | Observe work before expanding scope |
Value and guardrails
My proposed value measure is eligible claims reaching a correct, attributable downstream state with accountable exceptions. Inputs, throughput, cost per claim, defects and reconciliation explain movement. Cost to fill remains pharmacy-specific. I use operator and customer-care evidence to test assumptions, involve legal/compliance and patient-safety partners where relevant, and prioritize the smallest product that preserves the necessary controls.
