Six-slide narrative
Each slide has a distinct claim and the evidence boundary that supports it.
| Slide | Message | Evidence boundary |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Manual claims work can be transformed | Paper claims to EDI 837 experience |
| 2 | Automation needs accountable exceptions | Reconstructed requirement and review contract |
| 3 | Provider identity is a product dependency | Central API and normalization experience |
| 4 | Platform ownership requires 0→1 delivery | Internally built replacement experience |
| 5 | Outcomes must be attributed correctly | 400,000+ paper claims converted to EDI 837; 99% provider match in a proof of concept |
| 6 | Controls and continuity enable scale | Sample gates, not historical approvals |

Decision requested
More than 400,000 paper claims were converted to EDI 837, an 80-person team was redeployed and the business saved about $1M a year. Provider work improved latency and reporting; platform work replaced a legacy claims integration. The discussion centers on alternatives, dependencies and operating controls. Administrative gains are not presented as clinical outcomes.
