Portfolio sample from my healthcare product experience. Requirements, thresholds and review records are illustrative; they are not employer documents or historical sign-offs.
Milestone
The endpoint is a release recommendation supported by test and operating evidence. I work backward from that decision to the form, provider and receiver contracts that make delivery possible.

Workback sequence
Each milestone exits with a concrete artifact and an accountable review.
| Order | Deliverable | Exit dependency |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Form and exception contract | Supported inputs and unresolved states agreed |
| 2 | Provider-resolution contract | Data source, normalization and review ownership |
| 3 | 837 and receiver contract | Validation and acknowledgement interpretation |
| 4 | Replay and reconciliation evidence | Stable identities and discrepancy handling |
| 5 | Operational rehearsal | Authorized review, training and reporting |
| 6 | Go/No-Go recommendation | Evidence and accountable owners available |
Critical path
Provider-data access and receiver behavior sit on the critical path even when extraction works. Platform replacement adds consumer inventory and rollback dependencies. If evidence is incomplete, I reduce rollout scope or move the decision; I do not quietly remove exception behavior to preserve a milestone.
